Written, performed, produced, recorded and mastered in a rush during February 2011 by P/R/P/E for RPM 2011. This collection of tracks, however, was not entered into the RPM Challenge due to not meeting the 35 minute length specification. These tracks aren't so much finished works, but try-outs of what can be done in such a short space of time (4 weeks!) with a limited range of source material (see below). Expect some material to appear on future releases here and there...
The only sound sources used across the eight tracks are from a modular synthesizer (details below), shortwave radio, delay/echo pedals, electric guitar and dynamic microphone. Ableton Live contributed to the recording, editing and processing of these sources, yet post-production was kept to a minimum in order to preserve the often unpredictable quality of the source material mentioned above.
